Join us for Wild Wednesdays!
Every Wednesday, Oakridge Trails Alliance heads out to work on trails throughout the Greater Oakridge Area. From clearing fallen trees and brushing overgrown corridors to building new trail and improving existing tread, every week brings something a little different.
Whether you're looking to volunteer for a few hours, learn new trail-building skills, or simply spend the day outside with great people, we'd love to have you join us.
No experience is necessary!

Meeting Location:
Our meeting location changes depending on the project.
What to Expect:
Every Wednesday is a little different! Projects may include:
* Trail construction
* Brushing and corridor clearing
* Tread maintenance
* Drainage improvements
* Removing fallen trees
* General trail stewardship
Some projects are close to town, while others may require driving forest roads to reach the trailhead.
Please be prepared for moderate to strenuous physical work on uneven terrain. We'll take breaks throughout the day, and everyone is encouraged to work at a pace that's comfortable for them.
What to Bring
* Work gloves
* Sturdy boots
* Daypack
* 2–3 liters of water
Lunch and snacks (*food is not provided**)
* Sunscreen
* Hat
* Warm layers
* Rain jacket
* Insect repellent
* Personal medications
A Few Things to Know
* Project locations vary each week.
* Cell service may be limited depending on the location.
* No previous trail work experience is necessary.
* Tools, safety gear, and instruction are provided.
Whether you can join us once or every Wednesday, your help makes a real difference. Come spend a day outside, meet some great people, and help care for the trails that make Oakridge such a special place.
