All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. 1. Sponsor The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Oakridge Trails Alliance, a nonprofit organization based in Oregon.2. Sweepstakes Period The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM PT on December 2, 2025 and ends at 12:00 PM PT on June 26, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received before the end of the Sweepstakes Period to be valid.3. Eligibility Open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, board members, volunteers acting in official capacity, and immediate family members of the Oakridge Trails Alliance are not eligible.The Sweepstakes is open to residents of the contiguous 48 United States.Void where prohibited. Ineligible entries will not be refunded and will not be included in the drawing. 4. How to Enter A. Donation Entry Make a donation to Oakridge Trails Alliance at any listed sweepstakes donation tier. Each donation level corresponds to a specific number of entries, as published by the Sponsor. B. Volunteer Trail Work Entry (No Donation Required) Complete 6 hours of volunteer trail work (one trail work party) with Oakridge Trails Alliance = 1 entry. Sponsor will provide instructions for submitting and verifying volunteer hours. C. Entry Limits There is no maximum number of entries per person. D. Equal Chance of Winning Donation entries and volunteer entries have identical odds in the drawing. E. Entry Validity Invalid, incomplete, or fraudulent entries may be rejected at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. All entry information becomes the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.5. Prize :One (1) Grand Prize, consisting of: Propain Tyee AL 6 mountain bike (Model: Tyee AL 6, Size Large, Color Black) One (1) Registration to the 2027 Mountain Bike Oregon. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $9,699 The prize is NOT transferable, NOT substitutable, and no cash alternative will be offered. 6. Prize Delivery / Shipping Terms Sponsor will not ship the prize. The winner is solely responsible for: Arranging in-person pickup, or Paying all costs related to packaging, shipping, and insurance through any third-party service of their choice. All risk of loss, damage, or delay during shipping is borne exclusively by the winner. 7. Winner Selection A random drawing from all eligible entries will be conducted by the Sponsor during the 2026 Mountain Bike Oregon event (exact date to be announced). Winner does not need to be present to win. The potential winner will be notified via the email or phone number provided at entry.To claim the prize, the winner must: Respond within 7 days, Provide proof of identity, and Sign a prize acceptance and liability release. Failure to complete all requirements within seven (7) days may result in forfeiture. If forfeited, an alternate winner will be selected via the same random drawing process. 8. Odds of Winning Odds depend entirely on the total number of eligible entries received. 9. Publicity Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Sweepstakes constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s: Name, City and state, Photograph and likeness, Statements related to the Sweepstakes for promotional purposes in any media, without additional compensation.10. General Conditions. Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, or any factor impairs its integrity. Sponsor is not responsible for: Misprints or typographical errors, Interrupted or unavailable internet service, Technical malfunctions of any kind, Unauthorized human intervention, Lost, late, or misdirected entries, Errors in prize announcement or administration. All decisions by Sponsor are final and binding. 11. Release & Limitation of Liability: By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless: Oakridge Trails Alliance, Its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, partners, and affiliates from any liability for: Injury, loss, or damage of any kind, Technical malfunctions, Failure of electronic or mechanical equipment, Human error, Any issue arising from accepting, possessing, using, or misusing the prize. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, plus any fees, duties, shipping, insurance, or expenses related to claiming the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or stolen prizes.12. Taxes: Winner is solely responsible for all taxes associated with the prize.13. Privacy: Information collected from entrants will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy practices. Sponsor does not sell or distribute participant personal information except as necessary to administer the Sweepstakes.14. Winner List: The name of the confirmed winner may be requested from the Sponsor after the completion of winner verification.
