All Women’s Trail Work Party – April 25
An Oakridge Trails Alliance Dig & Ride Event
Did you know that 3 out of 4 trail crew members at Oakridge Trails Alliance are women? In a space that’s traditionally been male-dominated, that’s something worth celebrating.
We’re inviting you to come be part of it!

On April 25, join us for an All Women’s Trail Work Party, a day dedicated to digging, riding, and building community. Women and female-identifying folks are welcome to come dig alongside our crew. No experience needed, just bring your bike, energy and a willingness to get a little muddy.
Meet @ 9 am 47419 Westoak Rd, Westfir, OR 97492
What we’ll be working on:
Turnpike construction – building raised, stable trail sections over wet or soft ground so trails stay rideable in all conditions.
Puncheon building – installing wooden planks or logs across boggy or muddy sections to make the trail safe and dry.
What’s in store:
✨ Hands-on trail building with Oakridge Trails Alliance

✨ Post-ride hang at the Three Legged Crane
